The building, which was completed in 1959 and has 40 apartments and 4 commercial premises, has undergone a comprehensive renovation and other basic improvements.

The pipe renovation was carried out as a so-called traditional pipe renovation, where old pipes were replaced with new ones instead of being coated.

During the renovation, the entire HVAC system of the building was replaced, except for the internal electricity and heating lines inside the apartments. In addition, the building's drains and basement waterproofing were replaced, asbestos was removed and the chimneys were fireproofed.

Bathroom surfaces, doors and furniture in the apartments were replaced, as well as electrical, plumbing and ventilation solutions in the kitchens. Antenna and IT/telecom systems were installed.

In addition, a new sauna section was built in the house. The common washrooms and their equipment were renovated.

The yard was modified and improved, including the construction of new bike and waste shelters, and the replacement of yard structures, tiling, planting and yard furniture.
