The GreenStar Hotels construction site has started
The GreenStar Hotel, built by the WGF III real estate development fund, will be completed in autumn 2019.
The GreenStar Hotels construction site near the centre of Vaasa has started. The hotel is located in a central location on the Valtatie 8, with excellent transport connections to all parts of Vaasa and neighbouring municipalities.
The hotel will have around 100 rooms and will be completed in autumn 2019, opening in November 2019.

Wasa360 production
The project will be implemented by the WasaGroup group, which will build the hotel according to its unique Wasa360 concept. WasaGroup will be responsible for the overall construction of the sites. The architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing design will be carried out by WasaPlan Oy. The main contractor for the project is the construction company WasaCon Oy.
The new development will be invested in and financed by the WGF III real estate development fund.
