The Fyrrykartano service building is ready
The Fyrrykartano service building has been handed over to the user as scheduled on 16.12.2016.
The main contractor for the Fyrrykartano service building in Vähässäkyrö was WasaCon.
The old building on the site was demolished and a new service building was built in its place. The service centre has 45 service apartments on one level. The total cost of the project is 4.6 MEUR and the total floor area is 2613 brm².
The client is Pikipruukki, which is implementing the service houses of the City of Vaasa. Both the client and the user are very satisfied with the end result.
