Centrumhuset's inauguration in Luoto
WasaCon Kokkola Oy's contract for Kiinteistö Oy Centrumhuset, Larsmo, was inaugurated on 29.4.2016.
Kiinteistö Oy Centrumhuset comprises a library, a health centre, a dental clinic, a café and a gym. The two-storey building has a surface area of 2,400 brm2 and a volume of 11,100m3. All the premises are leased to the municipality of Luoto or to companies owned by it. The building will be completed by the end of 2016 and currently employs around 40 people.
The developer of the project is WGF II Fund, the main contractor is WasaCon Kokkola Oy and NSA Yhtiöt Oy is responsible for the project. The architectural design is carried out by Juha Paldanius Ky, an architectural office in Oulu.
